Granite Group Benefits coordinates products and services designed to help you and your employees balance their work and personal lives, maintain good health, and protect their income in the event of illness or injury.   • Information about your transactions with our affiliates, others, or us;
  • Information provided on company employee census files (which may include date of birth, occupation, salary, address, etc).

Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to our privacy policy, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

We reserve the right to change our privacy policies and insurance information practices. If we make any changes to our policies or practices, we will provide you with a copy of a revised notice as required by applicable law.
